“I would absolutely recommend Scott and It’s About Time Clocks! They went over and beyond to get our grandfather clock up and run after a move. They are responsive, professional and polite! They are great and I have already recommended them to family!”

“I cannot recommend It's About Time Clock repair strongly enough! Scott and Ron are passionate about timepieces - and it shows! They are knowledgeable and experienced - as well as being wonderful people. My old Grandfather Clock was neglected for too long, but Scott and Ron are bringing it back to life. I am so grateful for their expertise and skill.”

“I recently had my grandfather clock repaired by It’s About Time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They were extremely professional, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. What I especially enjoyed was being able to watch them work and listening to all the knowledge they shared about my grandfather clock. You can truly tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about preserving these beautiful pieces. If you have a clock that needs to be repaired, I highly recommend It’s About Time, they will repair it with knowledge, care, and love, It’s About Time is the place to call! ❤️🕰️”

“I received excellent customer service, a prompt response to an in-house service request, a clear understanding of the services offered, and fair, reasonable pricing. Scott was informative and shared details about my clock. Additionally, I received a follow-up call to check on the status of the work and the clock's performance. It was such a pleasure to hear the chimes of my family's Herschede grandfather clock again. Needless to say, I highly recommend Scott from It's About Time Clocks.”
